I woke up at 6 am and practiced Yoga.

I also was able to eat at 8 am, as it was the end of my fasting period.

I checked on my scale and was surprised that my weight went down from 195 to 189 in just a few days!

I thought that perhaps it was just water weight, yes, it could be that, nonetheless it’s still a good thing. ^_^

I will continue to check on my weight in the next few days. If I get back to my ideal weight of 160lbs then I would be really happy.

Also, I notice that my energy level throughout the day is really high!

No instances of lethargy or mind-fog at all. In fact, I was able to achieve a lot of things today. (As I always do or else I would blame myself that I didn’t use my day properly, which is a very bad thing because I feel guilty afterwards ugh)

In the afternoon I went and proceeded to go to the gym and lift weights.

Suffice to say, my back was bothering me, as there’s pain in both my lower and middle back. (Because of over-use as I mentioned before)

Still, I was able to finish my squat sets and bench press.

But something tells me to use that foam roller lying on the corner of the gym.

So I asked for permission from one of the coaches and used the foam roller.

Lo and behold! After a few rolls of my back, I felt extremely better!

I think I am going to integrate it with my exercise routine all the time!

I went home afterwards, but the rain got me stuck on the road as I walk myself home.

Needless to say, I arrived with a wet bag and wet shoes.

Which would bring me to the concept of what shoes should one wear in the gym?

I think I will write about that tomorrow.
